200 trainee lawyers are writing the Second State Examination in Law with digital aids: IQUL and C.H.BECK are jointly integrating statutes and commentaries into the digital exam in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Justice reports: Rhineland-Palatinate is the first German state to hold the Second State Examination in Law entirely digitally – for the first time also with digital statutes and commentaries. IQUL was responsible for the technical exam infrastructure.
Rhineland-Palatinate is the first German state to pilot a fully digitized state bar exam. In collaboration with C.H.BECK, IQUL is developing secure and legally compliant exam software, including digital tools for state bar exams.
The theoretical journeyman’s examinations in the optician trade were conducted digitally for the first time in North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria. IQUL supported the implementation as a technical examination service provider and ensured a secure and smooth on-site process.
