Full-Service Testing
With our full-service exam solution, we offer comprehensive support for your digital exam—from the initial consultation to on-site administration. We deliver the complete IT infrastructure as well as the necessary software and hardware directly to you, including our own pool of laptops. Our trained staff will provide professional on-site support during the exam. Using our Q-Exam® software, we are able to test several hundred to a thousand students simultaneously or sequentially at one or more locations.
Consulting
After the initial contact, you will have a detailed discussion with your dedicated and experienced contact person. During this phase, we will discuss the basic information regarding the administration of the digital exam and make the necessary arrangements. This includes planning the exam process as well as the desired scope and format of the exam. We will also clarify the types of questions and other relevant details.
Technical Exam Planning
Our exam coordinators work closely with you and your dedicated contact person to tailor the exam schedule to your specific requirements. With our full-service exam package, we handle all planning and manage the technical execution of your digital exam. Of course, we take into account and evaluate the conditions at your exam location. We are extremely flexible and able to adapt to any location, whether it’s a lecture hall, an exhibition hall, a gymnasium, or a warehouse. We make digital exams possible anytime, anywhere.
Training
A successful digital exam starts with thorough training. We offer comprehensive training for your staff, covering the creation, administration, and grading of digital exams. We take into account the individual knowledge levels of your employees and meet each person exactly where they are. Our goal is to bring your entire team up to a top level so that everyone can use our exam software confidently and competently. In addition, we offer pedagogical insights specifically tailored to digital exams to ensure that your exams meet the highest standards.
Exam Administration
Our exam administrators will travel flexibly to your exam location with the necessary IT infrastructure. Travel time varies depending on distance and is tailored to your specific needs. The day before the exam, we set up the equipment, conduct tests, and prepare everything for exam day. On exam day, our team will be at the exam location at least one hour before the exam begins. Following a morning briefing with you, the digital exam is administered. Our team is present during the exam to provide technical support and is available to answer any technical questions. After the exam ends, the laptops are recharged so that everything is ready for the next exam day. Upon completion of an exam campaign, all equipment is dismantled and transported back. The administration process is continuously adapted based on your feedback to best meet your needs.
Grading and Feedback
You will grade and evaluate your digital exam using our efficient and intuitive Q-Exam® software. Of course, we are also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. In a final feedback session, the exam process will be evaluated to gather valuable insights for your future digital exams.
