What makes us strong as a company? For us at IQUL, it’s not just what we do—but above all, how we do it.

The five values that guide us at IQUL were developed collectively by the entire IQUL team. Through an open, respectful process that allowed ample space for personal perspectives, experiences, and ideas, we defined what truly matters to us. The result is clear guidelines for our values Trust, Passion, Humanity, Sense of Responsibility and Openness to Change. A special highlight for us: The impressive visualizations by graphic recorder Pavo, who translated our discussions and thoughts into creative works of art in real time. These images now hang prominently in our offices—as a daily reminder and source of inspiration. They symbolize what we have created together. And, of course, we don’t want to keep them from the visitors to our site.
