Here's how your online exam works
Before the exam
Take some time to familiarize yourself with the exam software a few days before your exam so that you are fully prepared. Please arrive on time, and feel free to speak with our on-site exam proctors if you have any last-minute questions. We are always here to help.
During the exam
If you have any questions during the online exam, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. For in-person exams with IQUL, simply raise both hands, and an exam proctor will assist you right away. Alternatively, you can contact your exam proctor at any time. Our software is extremely secure and saves exam data to an external server every few seconds, so no data is stored locally on your computer.
After the exam
Don't worry, every click you make during your e-exam is saved every few seconds, so nothing will be lost during or after the exam. You can end the exam at any time by clicking the "End Exam" button. If you do not end the exam yourself and the regular exam time expires, all data will still be securely saved.
When leaving your seat, please make sure to take all your belongings with you. If you have any questions or comments regarding our staff or software, please feel free to speak with our on-site exam proctors or send a message to support@iqul.de.
