Successful pilot of online exams for the Second State Examination in Law in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
The pilot of the e-exam for the Second State Examination in Law in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania went smoothly and successfully. The high participation rate confirms that digital exams are definitely in demand: Nearly all trainee lawyers opted for the electronic version and subsequently spoke very positively about the exam experience.
Starting in February 2026, the e-exam will be offered on a regular basis. With this move, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is taking an important step toward a modern, digital justice system. The introduction of electronic exams not only helps reduce the workload on staff but also creates more efficient processes and offers aspiring lawyers modern exam conditions.
