TOP 100: More Than Just an Innovation Award

On June 26, 2026, our managing directors Daniel Möbs and Dr. Jonas vor dem Esche accepted the TOP 100 award on behalf of the entire IQUL team.

What makes the TOP 100 award special from our perspective is that it does not evaluate individual innovations or short-term successes. The focus is on how innovation emerges within a company: through leadership, corporate culture, processes, and collaboration with customers and partners.
This approach reflects our own values. For many years, we have been developing solutions for digital exams in collaboration with universities, government ministries, chambers of commerce, and associations. New ideas do not emerge in isolation, but rather through close collaboration with our customers, and they are continuously refined.
The video serves as a reminder of a special evening in Heidelberg and, at the same time, of the fact that innovation is always the result of collaborative work.
