IQUL Named a TOP 100 Innovator for 2026
IQUL GmbH is one of Germany's TOP 100 most innovative medium-sized companies. This academic award confirms our innovative strength and our commitment to the digitization of secure and fair exams.
At the German SME Summit on June 26, 2026, in Heidelberg, our managing directors Dr. Jonas vor dem Esche and Daniel Möbs accepted the TOP 100 Innovator 2026 award on behalf of the entire IQUL team. The award was presented by TOP 100 mentor and former Federal President Christian Wulff.
Scientifically confirmed: Innovation with top marks
The TOP 100 award is based on an independent scientific analysis conducted by the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. The evaluation considers more than 100 criteria related to innovation management and innovation success.
IQUL achieved an outstanding result:
- Overall rating: A+
- A+ in all four potential categories of innovation management
- Top 10 ranking in the overall standings for size class B (51–200 employees)
- Top 10 ranking in the “Innovative Processes and Organization” category
- These results confirm our commitment to viewing innovation not as a one-off project, but as an integral part of our corporate culture.
Innovation that achieves measurable results

The scientific analysis also demonstrates the economic success of our innovation efforts:
- 65% of our revenue in 2024 came from new products launched in the past three years.
- 75% of our EBIT was generated by these new products.
- In 2024, we invested 23.2% of our revenue in innovation.
- These figures underscore that innovation at IQUL is not merely a strategic goal, but is directly reflected in successful products and solutions.
