Trust

For us, trust is not something that has to be earned—it is a gift we consciously choose to give. We believe that people work best when they feel secure and are given the freedom to do so. That is why at IQUL, we prioritize openness, psychological safety, and a positive culture of learning from mistakes. We do without micromanagement—but not without clear guidelines and goal reviews. This is how we create a stable foundation on which collaboration, personal responsibility, and innovation can thrive.

For us, trust means:

  • clear expectations instead of micromanagement

  • Learning from mistakes instead of assigning blame

  • Honest communication instead of sugarcoating

  • Taking responsibility – for one another and for shared goals

What trust is not: blind activism, unreflective action, or shirking responsibility. For us, trust is an active value that needs to be lived, strengthened, and protected—through leadership and by the entire team.

Passion

For us at IQUL, passion means sustained dedication, motivation, and determination. It manifests itself in genuine enthusiasm for our work, critical thinking, and the will to go above and beyond what is required.

Our passion stems not only from the desire to do good work, but above all from the conviction that our tasks and goals have a higher purpose. We identify with our vision of giving everyone a fair chance to turn their potential into success. By providing reliable technology and fair testing conditions, we help create educational equity—regardless of background, gender, social status, or financial resources. Our mission to build trust through needs-based advice and support gives our work a clear direction and reinforces the meaningfulness of our commitment.

Passion is evident in our daily actions through:

  • Perseverance, even in difficult times

  • Determination and a clear focus on our vision and mission

  • Motivation and dedication in carrying out our tasks

  • Critical thinking for continuous improvement

  • Enthusiasm for our work and the higher purpose it serves

We believe in our shared mission and treat one another with respect and as equals. For us, passion means increasing our commitment through meaningful challenges and appreciation, strengthening awareness of successes, and recognizing and fostering individual strengths. In a motivating environment that fosters freedom and personal growth, our passion grows day by day.

In doing so, we consciously go the "extra mile"—but without acting blindly or overworking ourselves. For us, passion does not mean short-term euphoria or impulsive action, but rather thoughtful and goal-oriented commitment in harmony with our health and our values.

Our passion is the driving force with which we shape and further develop IQUL together—with genuine enthusiasm for our mission, critical thinking, and a clear vision of what we want to achieve together.

Humanity

At IQUL, we don’t view humanity as a “soft skill,” but rather as a core value that guides our daily actions. It forms the foundation of how we interact with one another—within our teams, in leadership, and in our interactions with our clients.

For us, humanity manifests itself in empathy, mindfulness, respect and tolerance. It means seeing, understanding, and acknowledging people in their individuality—with their strengths, weaknesses, and personal life situations. We show consideration for one another, support each other, and treat everyone with fairness and appreciation.

In our daily work together, we embody humanity through:

  • Treating one another with respect—regardless of position or background

  • Tolerance for mistakes: We accept weaknesses and offer help without expecting anything in return

  • Open, supportive communication with a focus on appreciation and tolerance

  • Regular team meetings and workshops, in which we also consciously address interpersonal issues

  • Self-reflection, honesty, and humor, which strengthen our teamwork and foster a culture of learning from mistakes

Especially in stressful situations, we make a conscious effort to remain calm and treat one another with humanity. Because we are convinced that humanity not only creates a positive work environment but also lays the foundation for trust, collaboration, and long-term shared success.

Sense of responsibility

To us, responsibility means more than just fulfilling our duties—it is a sign of trust, maturity, and reliability. We are mindful of the freedom we have to act and exercise it with good judgment. Because acting responsibly is the backbone of our collaboration.

We live out responsibility in our daily lives:

  • We are aware of our freedoms and scope for action, uphold them, and do not abuse them.

  • We establish clear structures and boundaries for areas of responsibility.

  • We view responsibility as an opportunity for further development – both personally and as a team.

  • Reliability is a given for us – you can count on agreements made.

  • We foster security and growth through a positive culture of learning from mistakes.

  • When making decisions, we always keep the well-being of all stakeholders and available resources in mind.

A sense of responsibility is evident in both small and large matters: through meeting deadlines, keeping our promises, and treating people and resources with care. In this way, we work together to create an environment based on trust, personal responsibility, and sustainable action.

Willingness to change

Change is not a one-time event—it is an ongoing process. In a world that is constantly changing, for us, a willingness to embrace change is not just a buzzword, but a way of life.

We approach new processes, technologies, and challenges with openness and a forward-looking mindset. In doing so, we rely on courage, flexibility, and a passion for innovation. Because we know: If you want to break new ground, you must be willing to step outside your comfort zone and take risks.

Our willingness to embrace change is evident in our daily interactions:

  • We pull together as soon as decisions have been made.

  • We prepare for changes carefully and define clear goals.

  • We regularly review whether our decisions and approaches are still effective.

  • We act transparently to build trust.

  • We actively shape change and give everyone the chance to get involved.

This is how we create an environment where creative ideas can flourish and where everyone has the opportunity to help shape change. The rule is: One person’s strengths are another’s weaknesses – we complement each other, learn from one another, and grow together.
